
Centering Yourself in the Midst of Chaos
Introductory 14 day course to help self regulate during times of turmoil.
Service Description
Nightly guided meditative sessions with proven self regulation techniques for better sleep, better brain function, less stress and overall greater well being. Techniques can be used 'in the heat of the moment' or in a scheduled daily self care routine. Classes will range from 30-90 minutes in length.
Cancellation Policy
This course is a nightly course taking place over a two week time period. If you are unable to attend the live event, a recording will be placed in the Facebook group 'Centering Yourself in the Midst of Chaos'. In the notes section at checkout please add your FB name and order number so we can get you added quickly. The group will remain active for a period of 20 days. There are no refunds.
