The NADA treatment protocol (AcuWellness) is a simple, five-point ear acupuncture method that involves gently placing up to five small, sterilized, disposable needles into specific sites on each ear that correspond to traditional acupuncture points. Recipients sit quietly in a group setting for 30 to 45 minutes, allowing the treatment to take effect. Acupuncture works on the principle that the body has the capacity to heal itself when given the right conditions. For those who are uncomfortable with needles, non-invasive alternatives are available.
As a woman and an Air Force veteran, I've spent much of my life navigating rigid institutional systems and am deeply committed to creating space for peace, strength, and self-awareness. I’ve experienced personally and within my own community the challenges of mental health disorders including anxiety, PTSD, and addiction. I understand how complex the path to wellness can be, as my own journey to health and wellbeing took many twists and turns. That journey led me to the NADA five-needle protocol, where I experienced its benefits firsthand. My vision is to help others, especially women and fellow veterans, reclaim their voice, rediscover their worth, and build lives rooted in peace, purpose, and community through this gentle, evidence-based auricular acupuncture approach.

Hand crafted Black Walnut Ink made from the abundance provided by our beautiful Appalachian home is a beautiful deep brown pigmented, natural ink.
Black Walnut is known for it's expelling properties ie: parasites, unwanted influences of another person, thoughts or schemes and even illness. It is also associated with wisdom and considered a nut of the gods, specifially 'jovis glans' or 'Nut of Jupiter' which gives us a hint of the power and gifts from this beautiful tree.
